Since this spontaneous and people's movement has taken place without regular and usual coordination and planning, we have witnessed some disturbances in the field of health in this gathering, among which we can mention health, treatment and health management problems. Therefore, the health needs of this huge population are one of the most important issues that need to be addressed. During the past years, various organizations have spontaneously taken actions in this field based on their sense of duty, with the formation of the Arbaeen headquarters and the plans that have been made, many of these problems have been corrected, but there was no place for a scientific approach and scientific conferences in the field of health of this huge gathering. Is. In recent decades, human gatherings are one of the topics that have been discussed since health care and have been discussed in various specialized fields such as emergency medicine. The establishment of two previous health congresses in Arbaeen has been able to meet some of the scientific needs of this large gathering. It will meet the previous years and we hope that in 1402, by holding the third congress and with the participation of all health professionals from all over the world, we will witness the all-round improvement of health in this great human event.
